I enjoyed how clean the lobby was upon entering. We got checked in pretty fast, and he was friendly. The parking lot was well laid out, and the pool was open pretty late until 12 am. The room was clean, although it smelled slightly moist. Found no stains on any bedding, which seems rare lately. We did not partake in the free breakfast just because of very limited seating. It did look good, though! We ate at breakfast place one building over, and that was very good with huge serving sizes. It's honestly very hard finding a nice place for the money. So, this, to me, is a rare gem. It's not super amazing, but for the price, I would highly recommend it!

They need more help ! The lady that signed us in and in charge at night was so good and pleasant ! She was there in the morning also and manning everything by herself from kitchen to gront desk! She was very nice and didn’t complain but she was running from situation to situation frying to keep and satisfyf every need! Kudos to her!

Location was perfect for our visit to Iowa state university. Also the room was very clean and had enough towels for 3 of us which is the amount of people in our party. You would have to ask if you needed more. They had hot tea and coffee out near front desk which is always a nice bonus.

The breakfast was not great. they were out of pancake mix and had no butter. THere were no rolls or donuts, just bread and bagels which wasnt good without butter.
